Guest Lecture on CRM applications using SalesForce’ under ISTE Student chapter of MCA department, Tulsiramji Gaikwad-Patil College of Engineering & Technology, Nagpur

Recently Master in Computer Application department of Tulsiramji Gaikwad-Patil College of Engineering & Technology, Nagpur organized Alumni Guest Lecture on CRM applications using SalesForce’. Alumni Guest speaker of this event Mrs. Ruchika Tayde, Team Lead, Advanz101 Business Pvt. Ltd., Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

She explained Cloud Architecture, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and its applications, SalesForce objects & its usage, Apex trigger creation etc.. She has demonstrated practically CRM application development with the help of SalesForce objects. She gave knowledge of SalesForce Global Certification links & motivated students for clearing Certification. She also explained various job opportunities related to SalesForce.

Nearly 60 students of MCA department were attended the session. Students queries were answered by expert in the interaction. The students observed that the event is helpful for placement support & gave positive feedback about the event.
