Nagpur, Feb 27, 2026:
The The Institution of Engineers (India) (IE(I) College Chapter), in association with IQAC of TGPCET, will organize “Vigyan-Setu 2K26”, an inter-student competition to commemorate National Science Day. The event will be held on February 28, 2026, from 11:00 AM onwards at the institute’s campus in Mohgaon, Nagpur.
The competition is aimed at fostering scientific temper, creativity, and innovation among students from diverse educational backgrounds. It will provide a dynamic platform for young minds to showcase their ideas, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities through a range of engaging events.
Participants will compete in multiple categories, including SciVision (Poster Presentation), Waste to Wonder (Best Out of Waste), Ideathon (PPT/Model Presentation), Quizfinity (Science Quiz), and TechnoReel (Technology-Based Reels).
Students from 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, Engineering, and M.Tech streams are eligible to participate. The registration fee is ₹200 per four-member team for Waste to Wonder and Ideathon, while ₹100 per two-member team is applicable for Quizfinity, SciVision, and TechnoReel.
Winners of the competition will receive attractive prizes and certificates. Organizers have encouraged enthusiastic participation from students across institutions to make the programme a grand celebration of science, innovation, and collaborative learning.
